Components: Gelatin(1%), Tween-20(0.05%), Potassium Chloride(2.7 mM), Sodium Phosphate Dibasic(10.1 mM), Sodium Chloride(137 mM), Potassium Phosphate Monobasic(1.76 mM) - Method: Prepared in 18.2 megohms-cm ± 1 water and autoclaved at 15 psi (121°C) for 30 minutes on liquid cycle. - pH: 7.4 ± 0.15 - Storage: 2-8° C for short term use, -20° C for long term use
