Loganin
Loganin is an iridoid glycoside first isolated from the seeds of Strychnos nux-vomica, a member of the Loganiaceae family. It is a non-competitive inhibitor of BACE1 with IC50 of 47.97 ?M an also inhibits AChE and BChE with IC50 values of 3.95 ?M and 33.02 ?M, respectively.
