Quality Bio Phosphate Buffered Saline pH 7.2 is frequentlyused as a “wash buffer’ or reagent in both CellBiology and Molecular Biology techniques.The following are examples where PhosphateBuffered Saline pH 7.2 may be usefullyemployed: “Wash buffer” for cell culture whenperforming serial passage; “Wash buffer” for immunologicalapplications (e.g., Western Blotting), prepared using water deionized by Reverse Osmosis, 0.1µm sterile filtered.
