Quality Bio Because of its high buffering capacity, TBE Buffer is routinely used at a 1X concentration for DNA electrophoresis involving extended periods of time or high voltages. When used for DNA electroelution from gel slices or electrophresis onto DEAD cellulose membrane, TBE should be diluted to 0.5X fir best results. Prepared using water deionized by Reverse Osmosis, 0.1µm sterile filtered.
