Quality Bio Both TAE and TBE Buffers are widely used for DNA eletrophoresis. However, TAE Buffer may be more suitable for eletrophoresis if DNA is to be recoved from the agarose and purified using commercially availabe DNA purification kits. Prepared using water deionized by Reverse Osmosis, 0.1µm sterile filtered.
